Respected Sir,
I have taken a personal loan from future money my loan a/c no is PL146350
I make a full and final payment on 23 march for close my loan a/c and issued me NOC and returned my security Cheques
But till 31st july they did not issue me a NOC nor returned my cheques and presented me cheques in bank every month (April, May, June, july)
Because of that bank charged penalty from my account for being of stop payment or cheque bouncing
Also my bank statement shows very poor statement and my bank track record gone poor
Because of that the bank also reject to allow me a home loan
On 5 Aug they issued me a NOC but in NOC they did not clear that for close of loan a/c we make a payment on march and the cheque presented by them is being default by company.
So its requested you to please settle my case as soon as possible and i also want a compansation from future money because of them my bank track record gone poor and for harrasement
I also want in written from company that client make a payment in March and cheque presented by them is being default by company and also a clear statement that my name is not in CIBIL record.
