Dear sir,
I had purchased a bike FZ 16 on 22dec from Yamaha Riders, Camp, Pune. Since then i have a problem in my bikes fork i.e it becomes loose after a day or two after servicing the bike, i have being visiting the service station since my bikes first free service.
I have visited 12 times and there are 3 to 4 job cards made for same problem. Today[date 21.2.2009] also i visited and the bike was at the service station for around 4 hrs. They info me as the problem was solved, and as i took the bike home again there was the same problem again, after calling them again they info. me as to get the bike back to the service station and after visiting the service station they info me to get the bike on Monday as the were closing the service station and next day was a Sunday.
I request you to please look into the matter and help me as i am very upset.
