I undersigned, Mr. Gagan Taneja had received cheques (cheque no.549248 dated 25/11 for Rs. 6301 & cheque no. 584937 dated 25/11 for Rs. 2739 drawn on SBI Mumbai main branch) for settlement of my Provident Fund account no. MH/47249/2479, but due to the closure of bank account mentioned on those cheques I have not received any payment till date I have already sended back the same cheques, ID proofs and cheque of my latest savings bank account to the PF office Mumbai on 11 march through speed post for reauthorization of the amount, so that your office can proceed with further procedure of reissue of cheques. but not recieved any reply.
This is my humble request to you that, this is not possible for me to come to Mumbai for this same purpose. I am unnecessarily facing hardships. Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter in the interest of JUSTICE and do the needful at the earlies
