Not Received Single Bill

Regarding account number 8.10608208

I am Deepak Shriram Patil, My firm name is Gajanan Traders Tandalwadi, Tal Raver, Dist jalgaon, M.S.

I did not received single mobile bill of my company from activation time to still date, using idea cellular company mobile, i send 6 time mail to idea cellular nodal officer as well as grievance dept in last 8 months but they did not sending me bill copy, so please solve this problem.
