Cannot trace the shipment EM042315955IN

Dear Sir,

The above mentioned document has been posted from Mumbai Nagardas Road, Andheri East on 12/11 at 10.00 hrs which is destined to Abu Dhabi but sorry to say that still it has not reached to, destined place.please do the needful so that the post must be delivered by tommorrow.

I have called u on tollfree no. but no response from them, they informed us that the courier is delivered at Abudhabi post office, and they are not ready to give contact no. also. What type of service is given by post office. No customer satisfaction, no response, I think it would have been better if i had choose some other courier rather than India Post
