i have bsnl cellone postpaid connecion in tamil nadu chennai, mobile no 9444969585 actualy my plan was 525rs free calls 300rs, so bsnl billing section was only deduction for usage connection only, that customer care is told my sujaction was correct so meet to nearest bsnl office, that officers was go that office, so bsnl connection billing and service very very bad, so rectifing the bill amount rs 130 adjust next bill, clear the my complaint, my complainet was not clear so surrender the line
