Not getting help from concerned departments

My maid had stolen my mobile (20276826) in feb 08, one FIR was lodged in Feb 08 only and mobile services has locked it, after that we received a bill for the payment of handset we paid all the remaining amount and given an application to disconnect this number.

After that in June again we received a bill of Rs.548/- by this we came to know our mobile is in use by some other person. Now people on 1502 are not able to lock it. Police & Sanchar haat people are not very helpful. I want to know how come another person can get it unlocked.

I am a 65 year old woman and my husban is an Alzhiemer patient.

I am not able to understand why the wrong persons are not punished. We have done all the rightful thing but still are not able to get any justice.

Now I Can only request you to do the needful.
