The handset was also surrendered on the same date at Shakti Nagar Exchange vide Receipt no.6840, Sl. No .of HHT-1005008162 ESN Number-A082A159 Photocopy of the same is enclosed for your reference.
Till today no action has been taken at your end to refund the same even after so many reminders. Now your good self is once again requested to kindly send the refund of the same including over due interest at my following address. Hope you will find the above in order and will do the needful immediately other wise I will be left with no other option to take the case to the consumer court entirely at your Risk & Cost.
