I am a customer of Bharat Gas and my supplying Distributor is M/S CITY GAS SERVICE (LPG Distributor of Bharat Gas), CJ-99, Salt Lake, Sector -II, Kolkata-700 091. C.C No.-461702. Now I am having single Cylinder. 7th day of November I came to know over telephone that my distributor issuing 2nd cylinder. Immediately I went there and I requested them to issue me the 2nd cylinder. But they told me that I have to purchase an amount of Rs. - of some household utencils (which is not required for me), other than the connection price then they will issue me the 2nd cylinder. Otherwise I will not get the 2nd one. Then I refused to take the 2nd cylinder.
In this context kindly do the needful from your end.
