Dear Sir,
I have a gas connection from your dealer "Captain Manoj Kumar Pandey Gas Agency 1/262 Vishal Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow 226 010. My connection no. is MP 8871.
I would like to place my complaint as under;
The above gas agency never supplies gas cyliner to my home address.
They never pick up phones and if picked bluntly refuse to supply the gas to my home address.
The gas so given is always underweight.
All the time I had to go there and collect the gas (this also sometimes they refuse to give me).
I am sorry to place this complaint and would like to hear from your good self the action taken so far and corrective measure.
