SMS balance is zero

Respected Sir/Madam,

I've BSNL prepaid Mobile Connection, My Mobile No, . is 9427759140

I've recharge with Rs. 56 (SMS card) on 06/04, in this card user can get 300 SMS and Rs. 20 talktime, and SMS validity is 30 days,

Next day on 07/04 I have also recharged with Rs. 386 (1 yr. validity Card), because my validity was expire on 07/04.

Now problem is that, after recharging with validity card my all SMS (300 sms) balance ecomes ZERO...

So please do the needful on this matter.
