It has been observed that ISO certified GDA is helpless in stopping of illegal builder flat construction and mobile tower on these flats due to unexplained reasons. What are those reasons? GDA is also unable to give such answer, Because it is an ISO certified body. It is also difficult to understand the criteria at those ISO provide its certification.
