Non delivery of vehicle

I am one very disatisifed costumer writing from Trichirapalli who has placed an order for one Alba Alloy wheel Electric start Blue Black vehicle from a dealer named Gemini Bike Tec-Trichy-2.We placed the order to the above mentioned dealer on 24/04/09 and full cash payment was done for the same Rs.45789/-.The dealer has promised to deliver the vehicle on 27/04/09 after registration by 4 pm. All the registration documents and photo was also given to them as per their request. The sales personnel actually said that he would call us on 25/04/09 as soon as the vehicle has reached from their goodown to the showroom as they didnot have that Electric start & alloy wheel in this model, but there was no call from the showroom.after awating for their call till 27/04/09 by 2 pm we called the showroom to check because we wanted the vehicle by this evening as this is a very important sentiment for us.

Very surprised & very shocking that I didnot rececive proper answer from them. First person to attend my call was the sales personnel Mr. Gandhi (the person who sold this vehicle) who said he will call me back in 10 min but as their clocks was not functioning I had to wait for an hour and called them back at 3 pm as they might have been busy in promising a new customer of delivering something which they might not have (Instead of telling the truth that the stock is not available) This time the managing partner of the company took the phone when i explanied him he said he will call me in 5 min time. Later the manager Mr. Shiva called me back and said that he will deliver the vehicle by 6pm.

After waiting till 6 pm i called them back & no one from the show room wanted to answer my call (mobile number).when we called the showroom and said we want ot talk to the managing partner we were told that he has gone to Srilanka (between 3pm-7.30Pm) he has flown to srilanka probably trying to find some peace treaty between the LTTE & Srilankan Goverment (Thanks to lord if this will happen). After number of calls in vain to the showroom manager, we were said that we will get our vehicle by 8.30pm. Later by 9.45 pm some called ans said that your vehicle is here. I Opened the door and to surprise it was RED colour but my order was for Blue Black.

Which was very big diappointment when I called them back the service manager answered my call and said that the rest have gone home & he has no idea of what we ordered.after we asked the person who brought the vehicle to us he called the showroom manager and at this time of the day he is asking me what colour have I ordered.

At this point very hard to accept how a customer is treated by them i have send the vehicle back with the showroom personnel

If this is the kind of service that the Gemini Bike Tec is giving to the customer after full 100% cash payment. What can we expect from them after sales service, my original document given for registration, my cash Rs.45789/-.???

Do they think that customers are fool's that if a dealer is giving them something for namesake to cover their mistake that to by 9.30pm in the night knocking your door making your blood pressure raise after ruining my whole afternoon & evening. I hereby request you to let your dealers know that customer also have somekind of very important sentiment. If they cannot fullfill their commitment they could have told me that they cannot deliver it on time so i might not have paid the full amount to them I would have thought of other option. As you know the ocean is wide.
