Executives Talking in Bad Languaga

I have taken a loan from your good bank with above LAN No. For the month of January my ECS have been Bounces for some reason.

I have been contacted from GE Moneys and its executives from a Telephone No. 66090178.

There Mr. Rahul called from above number and after him a lady took the call and was talking in very bad language that is not acceptable in normal circumstances.

I felt very offended after the telecom. I request you to kindly look into the matter, and request an opology for the incident.
