More than MRP @ bus stands and railway stations

I am a student and travel often. I am fed up of paying prices for commodities and eatable smore than their MRP at the railway stations and bus stands on a routine basis. I am ready to pay more price for the things i purchase provided its MRP is increased but like this i can't pay more. Something immediately needs to be done regarding this. All people who face the same problem please support my cause. Surprise check by officials is the only solution i find to the problem. Please do the required as early as possible.
