Gillette Shaving Gel
Defective Shaving Gel

I bought a Gillette Shaving Gel recently (Tough Beard).

However, the Gel doesn't work. No matter how much amount of Gel I use on the shaving brush, I doesn't lather. There is just little puffs of foam that are formed and then they quickly dry out. I can't get to shave. I have been using shaving gel for many years now, so it's not the first time that I would not know how to use it.

Can anyone from the Company look at my complaint.
