Gas flow in the left burner not adequate

I purchased "Glass Top Gas Tables GT 02" from one of the shops in Rammurthy nagar. On the very first check found the left burner on sim goes to put off the flame completly. So showed the problem to the shop keeper and he said he will bring some Prestige service person tomorrow in the morning to get the dust cleared from the stove. The next day he did something and he gave me the stove and found the flame was still not right in the left burner. Hence he asked us to register a complaint with TTK Prestige about the service of the product which I did next day @ 08022132395. TTK customer service executive - Venkatesh registered the case # 468 and got all the details of the problem and house address. He told me then that he will send some one with in a day or two but no use. Second day, they said that he will send someone next day and on speaking to Manager - Mahendra on the third day he said that he will definetly send some immediately or by the end of the day. On waiting for the whole day, no one turned up. Therefore called up the same no. 08022132395, spoke to one of the executive - Prasanna who directed me to contact the said Manager - Mahendra at 9620272679. I tried many times with frequent intervals and some times continuously but no reply.

This is the way, TTK Prestige Company's customers are treated and if there is no appropriate solution to this will definetly take up the case legally. Anybody can reach me at 9844318972
