I too faced the same problem with 120% kind of promo and ended settleing by dues with Sangeetha by paying charges for a Kodak C813 camera (Approx Rs. 3900/-) and on cross checking with the kodak store it was worth 9 k, and i promised i might not land up again at Sangeetha, but to my shock my hubby bought a new handset with out my knowledge and lost it the very next day in public, for which i started cursing him to it, since he bought it from Sangeetha we did not know its insured for lost and with very simple documentation he got a brand new handset the very next day. i am amazed about this gesture, hope it might repopular Sangeetha by this service and improve from its mistakes.
