We, received a parcel on the 19/04 bearing following details.

Place of booking: Mumbai
Delivery place: siliguri
Delivery point; Global optics.
Receiver name: Mr pratap kumar jain
The said parcel contained 90pcs frames (optical). after receiving the parcel, when we opened it, we found that 82 pcs frames were missing. Total estimated value of the goods is Rs48000/- The parcel was tampered and frames were stolen. It seemed the parcel was opened and goods were stolen and then it was repacked. The parcel was opened in front of the delivery man, because we found the parcel very light as if it was empty.. the delivery man refused to take responsibility of it and was very harsh. Kindly take action against the culpripts who are responsible for it . this is also bringing disrepute to the whole postal system.
