This is to inform you that I bought new number 9582169560.on 08 Sep 09 from a Dealer located in Jharsa Road, Gurgaon. I asked for STD Pack. He recharged it before activation of new number. But It got failed. After that he given me a serial no which was not activated on new number. Now, he is refusing to accept his fault. He said that I am getting this serial no in BLACK. When we tried to recharge with serial no, we got only Rs 25.00 but STD Pack was not activated wth that serial no..
1st of all, Why did he sell this coupon in Black & more than its price
2nd, He is not ready to give us back our money.
