I have faced multiple issues since the time I have purchased this Power saver from (Global Skyshop) which I am summarizing as follows:
1) It was purchased by me on 30.08.07 vide bill no : 4197 after watching Television Add. They have delivered me from his local dealer in Vadodara.
2) After 15 days this product stopped working. I made a call to Global skyshop and they suggested to replace the product and I got the new as a replacement.
3) But history repeats itself after 1month. Now the actual problem started. I have lots and lots of time to contact Global Skyshop, but every time i receive reply from them that your complaints is registered, you will get your product very soon from their Vadodara office personnel. He will contact me soon. But from the month i have not received a single call from vadodara office or received replacement product.
