I am Shwetha, working in a company near Mono type (Banashankari). I use the Volvo buses to commute to and from work. Everyday i go by 600K but yesterday evening i missed that i travelled in 500K (210023) (6:50 from banashankari and morning timings from Vijayanagar it starts at 8:30am). I really had bad experience, when i asked for change he said he don't have and later on he provided it. Unfortunately even today morning i got into the same bus. I wanted to take ticket to Mono type and paid him 15/- beacause daily i pay the same and the conductor said its 18/-. Since everyday the other buses charge 15/- i asked about it and he got annoyed and with a loud voice said that he is working in the same route from past 3 months and other conductors don't know the actual charges. I dint wanted to fight with him and paid 18/-. Now can anyone let me know what is the fare from Vijayanagar - Mono type. When it comes to their behavior why is that conductors shout at passengers, i have heard people saying initially the service was better now a days these conductors act as if they are doing favors to passengers.
