This is in reference to my order number 903711483 which was scheduled to be delivered on 27th may but was not> When i called customer care they dint had any status and just told me that it ll be delivered by bluedart>on asking the courier number they had nothing to say other than apologizing. What kind of service is this and believe me this is only done by orders which have been paid in advance not for the cash on deliveries. If there is someone who can resolve this, pls get back asap.
