My airtel no is 99712 47053. It was disconnected 4 days ago. Since then I have visited 3 Relationship Outlets (Adchini - Delhi / Sector 4 & Sector 14 Gurgaon, several times.
They are unable to collect payments in cash / debit cards and are absolutely rude to the customers who have been lining up to pay. They say you pay through the net. I tried but the registration failed becasue the field 'day' under DOB does not give a drop down list. You call up 121 and there is the faceless reply - please pay at another counter. If Airtel cannot service customers who are willing to walk the extra mile to pay at their Relationship Centres why have Relationshi Centes atall. Its a hoax
