NON AVILABILTY OF SPARE PARTS

I am purchased spark car whoose registration no. up-34k 9091, from gemini motors LUCKNOW, UP.in feb'2008. all the four wheels (rim tyre tube nut hub bolt) has been stolen in oct'08 month, for this i odered all spares in your workshop MEGHA MOTERS, LUCKNOW & also workshop in KANPUR, U.P. approximately after 40 days, i recieve only rim from MEGHA MOTORS, LUCKNOW, BUT NUTS & HUB BOLTS are still not avilable, all the time responsible person from your workshop says that wait for 1 week for avilabilty of nuts & hub bolts, but time over about 2 months.

so how your company can increase your sale without service, at last i say please provide me 16 NUTS & 4 HUB BOLTS as earliest as possible, my contact no. is 9415050404
