False commitments by deale

Sir,

I purchsed Spark Music Edition from Jeetender Wheels, Nashik in the month of Feb.2009. At the time of purchse I was told that this comes with "Total maintanance free" for first 45000 kms or three years which ever occurs first. After the purchse, I was told that the above said "Total maintanance free" package is extra over and above the vehicle price settled. However you will be provided "three free services" and after that if your maintance cost crosses Rs.1- (approx. ) during first three years, you will be refunded the excess amount.

Now, my complaint is that at the time of third free service, dealer is asking me to pay for Oil, Oil Filter, Wheel Balancing etc. I wonder if I have to pay, then how can it be free service? Three free services is the minimum package that every company provide, be it two wheeler, three wheeler or four wheeler.

I feel cheated by the promises of dealer. When they are not keeping up thier minimum promise also, how can I expect refund in excess of Rs.1- after three years.
