Dear Sir,
I would like to inform that when I apply for the connection, I had given correct details of my name and address. Besides this my address is shown correctly but my name is not shown correctly. My full name is VIJENDER SINGH NAGARKOTI, but the name UIJENDER SINGH shown on the bill.
Secondly my bill is not received by me at my address from last 3 months. My billing is done from the Abhilisha Communication, Transport Nagar, Haldwani and I want to transfer this from there to Reliance Communication, Pilikothi, Kaladhungi road Haldwani.
So it is a requested to please change my name and office billing address.
