Cancellation charges for the flight cancelled by GO ai

I had booked a ticket for jaipur for the 5th of december. PNR NO UL0HC6. Go AIr have cancelled the flight and are levying me the cancellation charges of Rs.750. would like to ask the management of GO Air that is it ethical that the company ancels the flight and we are penalised for the same.
