I have godrej refrigirator model GF23 double door 220lt. which was bought on 19-08 (still in warranty period). It had the problem of not cooling for which i gave complaint on 19-04&the complaint #244490.Technician came for the inspection on 22-04 and said that as the refrigirator was switched off, he can't do anything then and switched it on. After that it was working. He came on the next day & said compressor is working 70%.So, the compressor has to be replaced &gas to be filled for which Rs.950 to be paid. I paid Rs.350 towards inspection charges. Another technician came on 25-04 stating that he came for inspection as nothing was reported to that complaint no. Atlast another technician came on 27-04, replaced the compressor, filled the gas. He did not even bother checking whether it is working or not. I've paid 950.Now the condition is worsened as hot air is coming out inside. On 28-04, I lodged the complaint again regarding that The no. is 249228.Nobody has attended the problem so far. I am frustrated calling them everyday from past 15 days& the response is pathetic. I am repenting for buying the godrej product. If this is the situation of an authorised service center where else we should go.
