Service delay for a month

Sir..,

My name is Nofal and my complaint number is 420208.I have given a 1.5 ton window a/c for service on 8/5/10 to smartcare service. and its been collected by vikram traders chennai. And had to replace the compressor. And they promised me a delivery with in 10 days. And i called him after 10 days i called him then he told like we have some delay in arrival of compressor and he gave regional manager Mr.sathya's number. I called hi..he asked another 2 days... again called after 2 days he shouted at me and told that he will be delivering the product by 3/6/10 at any cost... and its 6/6/10 today he is not picking up the phone when i call the vikram traders they are saying that we are not received the compressor yet.you call the manager sathya...

Most annoying and disturbing behaviour from the service persons... Goderej proving that they are the worst service providers... In behaviour and in service and most interesting part is that they charged about 2500/- (which is in compressor warrenty) as transportation and other charges and doing this...

FRIENDS I AM SERIOUSLY PLANING TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT AND KINDLY ADVICE ME ON THIS
