Good evening sir. From past 23 years I and my family members are using only Godrej fridges. I also recommended my friends, neighbours and relatives about the Godrej qualities and services. I have also replaced my 240 Frost Free fridge with new GFP 490X (470 Litres).
I bought the fridge direct from Godrej & Boyce Mfg.Co. Ltd., Chennai on 12-04.After 6 months usage the temperature display PCB numbers on the fridge are not working properly. Then I contacted the Godrej service, they came and adjusted but after few days the same problem was repeated and it exists now.
I made complaints, the Service Engineer visited and found that the PCB should be replaced, but you didn't have stock at that time sir.
Kindly replace the temperature display PCB as early as possible. Our fasting is going to start next week, before that kindly do the needful.
