Non delivery of Complementary Starter kit

The company's canvasser has promissed to supply complementary Starter Kit with the Product. But the Starter kit has not supplied by the company upto 27.08.09 though the Microwave has been supplied by the company on 28.07.09 and has taken the product value in cash on the same date. I am contacted with the copany's personnel over phone & E-Mail but no positive result has been obtained up till date.
