This is with reference to the Lincoln Bed which we purchased from the Godrej Lifestyle showroom in Borivali (W).
I would like to state that the standard of the Godrej products have really fallen and are not upto the quality expected of Godrej. Earlier the name Godrej would mean Good Quality & Service and Value for money. But unfortunately today it doesnt hold true. A bed purchased less than year ago is broken down twice because of design flaw and Godrej fails to respond to Customer grievances inspite of repeated reminders / calls.
After many reminders, An 'engineer' came to our place on October 2 to check the state of the bed. I am not sure if he even submitted our complaint to the Vikhroli office because its been more than 2 months and we have not heard anything from Godrej. I fail to understand what was the purpose of sending a person, who is ineffecient, for inspection.
I even sent an email marking certain senior members of the Godrej Vikhroli office in my email hoping someone will be responsible enough to respond to my complain and address my problem. But I have not received any reply till date.
