I have a "Fuzzy logic" Godrej washing machine with an AMC with Godrej franchisee "Royal". Following issues are faced :(1) Incompetent engineer who takes more than 15 days to correct the issue and still does not rectify the problem (2) Fow each part replacement (non plastic), customer needs to provide a AMC photocopy to the service engineer, since franchisee needs to submit details to the head office. (3) There are no commitments which the supervisor/ engineer can keep after repeated calls which customer is making and there is no update in case a part needs to be replaced in terms of any delay time.
I am pity disgusted with this product of Godrej and in future intend to partonise other vendors promising a much better after sales and AMC contract.
