We have to complaint about our fridge malfunction. We had purchased it on 7/7/06.Its model number is 2311002 (Unit sr. no.4041573). Actually it has a problem with its compressor which is within warranty period which affects its cooling. To the best of our knowledge it has a smaller compressor.
Every time the workers come our time and energy is wasted with no effect. Also many food items perish daily in these 3 yrs sometime also affecting my reputation.
I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO please look into the matter & provide me full compensation for the food items that have perished during these 3 years and also the time & money which I have spent to complaint to the concerned authority of Godrej.
My sincere gratitude to the consumer court and I'll be obliged if you take into consideration my complaint & provide me compensation in the form of a new fridge of the same capacity (410 litres).
