I have purchased a refrigerator of Godpej One and half years back for my house in Howrah, W.B.. I stay at Gwalior, M.P. Already it has made trouble for 5 times during this period. During first year due to warrenty they gave us free service noe everytime at least rs.350 is charged. The company persons have admitted (verbally) that there is a manufacturing defect but they are not ready to replace the article. Thing are getting rotten, service is very poor, reply comes or engineers visit after 3 - 4 days and after several phonecalls. No great urgency from company side. My parents aging 62 and 57 are getting harassed. What to do???
