My self, Devender Singh, from Haryana purchased Godrej Fridge on 20th March from Jind. Since the first day the freezer door is not closing tightly and it is remaining open.
I have registered compaint with Local Godrej Care Centre in Hisar, Haryana in the month of April. They just replaced the door but the problem remains the same. Then they said that my door with frame has to be changed. From last 3 months I was hearing that the door and frame is not in the stock at the company level. Yesterday they said that they have received the door and frame from the company and replaced my door as well as frame but worst part is that they changed my frame and door with old one and used fridge and most irritating is that it is doing the same problem.
My complaint no is 904295. I have lodged my complaints many a times to their toll free no as well to their head branch at Delhi. But it seems that they just deal in sale not in service.
Now I am just looking forward to go to Consumer forum and will share my experience later with all.
