Door problem& cooling problem

Sir,

i baught 262 lit refrigerator and within 20 days the gaskit problem complaint no-709063 was lodged on dt. 12/5. representative visited my place and told mt that the door will be replased.till the date it has not been done and now the refrigerator trips and stares after a long time (a new problem has occured) which leads in melting of ice and other damages to perisable goods.
