Very bad after sales service

I purchased a godrej washing machine in the year May from M/s Jyothi Agencies, Bellary, Karnataka. The problem we faced from this product was unexpected being a femiliar electronics brand in india.

1.With in the warranty period it gave lot of problems in the funtion of the machine.

2.At the time service done by authorised service personel no proper service report was given.

3.In the warranty period it had been repaired for more then 20 time but no service report was given.

4.Now after the warranty period we gow replaced the main PC board from the service personon paying a amount of Rs.1800/-.

5.After replacement within one month it had failed to perform.

We brought this matter to the regional office in Hubli, Mr. H.Siddaramappa and to the Bangalore Office to Mr. Sushil Sharma and Mr. Nikhil. After some days they changed with a new PCB which was a alternative to the actuall PCB.We were not able to operate all the function of the washing machine since we bought a fully automatic machine. Agian we brought this matter to the same Bangalore office then they told that the company is not having the PCB ready for the above machine and told me to wait for some days. Now it beyond the limit already 6 months had passed and the company people are saying that there was some internal problem in the service department and they not able to solve the problems of the customers. Then they started online complaint boking. I dont know what godrej is doing. I request you to advice me in this regard.
