I had booked my House hold items through Goel Packers & movers (A unit of RDG Group) from hyderabad to bangalore on 25th jan with the bill no: HYD/331/08-09 G No12800, THE MONEY RECEIPT NUMBER 20137
The authorised agent of Goel packers & movers Mr Vonod Tiwari had also given me the declaration form and took 3% comprehensive risk coverage of the declaration value.
When I received my Items from them on 28th jan I noticed the delivery boy abot the damages of My colour TV & Refregerator. After made several follow ups with their local Agent, they made only one attempt to visit my house to take snaps of the damages. But till howfar I didn't get any satisfatory recory from them.
I also mailed to the customer care division of the said matter but still I did'nt get proper response.
I wanted to know when the movers & packers co does charges for the recovery amount then why can't they settle on the spot. Please advice me is there any legal action to be taken to them and what are the procedure for it.
