Non issue if 4 digit code to access telephonic communication with the Representative

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Holder of Gold Reward Credit Card No 4196-0749-4727-9452 since a considerable period.

After feeding the 16 digit Card No and to have direct access to the Company Representative to speak in connection with the complaints/ queries about the card, I have not been issued the 4 digit code as yet.

Kindly issue the same to me at the earliest.
