I am Sandeep Vaishnava holding a platinum card of your bank. Card No - 4629863013068006 . For this I was sent Individuality cards ; Priority Card and a Golf fee Card.
Priority card I have used 6 to 7 times in two months it is good service and I wish you success for the same.
However For the 1st Time I have tried to use Golf Fee Card for room reservation in Listed Hotel in Kolkata i.e. Hotel Oberoi, which they refussed by saying this scheme has been called off but the validity in card is May.
I wish to travel to Kolkata on 26th May and departure on 28th May for which they are offering 7000/- (seven thousand) plus taxes per night but no dicount to golf fee card member.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and the serious Needful.
