I had purchased a Honda City from M/s AutoMax Honda (a unit of Samara Auto Max Pvt. Ltd.), A-17, Mayapuri-1 on 25th January and the registration No. is DL 9CU 0397 and is still under 'guarantee'.
On 29.6.09 while driving, one of the tyre burst which was of Good Year. It is very surprising that within a period of less than 6 months, the new tyre has gone away which clearly indicates that it has some manufacturing defect. The vehicle was taken to the Service Centre of the AutoMax Honda, who have refused to replace the tyre. It is requested that since the vehicle is still under guarantee and the tyre had burst while driving, it should be replaced immediately.
