The given product not work

Sir,

I have purchased googlecashkey product from google company worth rs 1250. They send me a cd and alloted a user name NICE845 but when i open cd and click on given link only a e-book was downloaded and nothing else. I send them a mail for help and return my money as they said that if customer not like this product they will give money back within 15 days.

Sir, I lost my money in this product. Please help me for this.
