I received the mail below mentioned from RBI. Kindly let me know is this mail is quite correct. Because Transfer charges are being asked by Some Neha Sharma RESERVE BANK OF INDIA 13 APRIL.

Dear Mam

I have already explained to the Diplomat Mrs, Jenniffer that I am

unable to pay any charge before crediting the amount in my account

because I am suffering with bitter financial hardship.

More over I went to bank and inquired about the transfer rules.

Bankers told us that RBI has authority to deduct the transfer charge

from your winning amount.

So, I request you to deduct the transfer charge and credit the rest

amount in my bank account.
