Status is not Visible in Status ba

I had Applied my passport on 18/08/08 at Ramanathapuram

from past 2 week in status bar status is not visible before that it was visible like Police Reports not been received. Now there is nothing visible in status.

I want to why that status is not visible when i enter the file name MDU-Z242866-08 it showing only my name, file name, date of birth (21/07/1986) and When i applied that date, in status bar nothing is visible

please give the solution for this problem

What i need to do for that
