Poor services by rliance communication shimla

I have taken duplicate sim (09817216702) from the reliance shop, The Mall shimla on 15.07.2010 and submitted all the documents to the same dealer, on 17.7.2010 but my sim has not been activated by the reliance communication service providers till 21.7.2010. I have also requested the customer care to activate my sim but no action has been taken by them. They have not even bother to listen the compliant. In the absence of services i have been facing harrashment and mental agony.

Relief: My sim be activated and action be taken against the defaulter employees/ officer.
