I am a Govt Emplye. I having a Post paid plan in Airtail for three year validity up to 08 AUG.I cotect two time to custom care before valitity to extend three year more.custom care agree my request but not provide and send bill 150 plan. I again contect to custom care but not satisfy answer.

my wife request again to custom care and give a prepaid plan. In this time show balaceRs 1700.60

I not understod this amount please clirify to us I being only paid call charger tax preepaid plan Between expairy date post paid plan

to preepaid plan. No extra ammount paid. I am not satisfy Airtail service.plese help me
