Govt of india passport departments
Passport not received yet

Dear sir,

i had submitted my passport of booklet change at the passport office bhopal for which i was given a file no. a012953/ when i submitted my passport to the department at bhopal they canceled my old passport and retruned to me back.

for the last 2 months the department is telling me that my passport is considered as new cas were as i had sumbimitted for new booklet.

what i should do as the chief passport officer at delhi and the officer at bhopal are not ready to take my matter.
