I HAD BEING CONTACTED FOR PAYMENT OF ONLY LATE FEES AND FINANCIAL CHARGES

FROM COLLECTION AND THERE ON ON SAME DAY. I CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE

WHERE IT WAS FINALISED THAT PAY 650 CAH IMMEDIATELY AND YOUR MATTER RESOLVED

HEREON. BUT STILL YESTERDAY I RECEIVED THE BILL AGAIN SO KINLY PLEASE HELP ME TO

RESOLVE THE MATTER ASAP, BCZ I HAD NOT TAKEN ANY REFRANCE NO. FOR THE SAME AND

NOW THE MATTER IS STILL PENDING. TO MY SIDE,

AS I WAS CHARGED LATE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES I HAD TRIED CUSTOMER CARE MANY

TIMES AND IT WAS REPLIED THAT SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING AND CALL LATER ON. SAME

MATTER WAS REPLIED MANY TIMES. LAST DAY I CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND CONTACTED

TEJASVANIJI AND SHE INSISTED ME MAIL THE COMPLAIN SO THAT MATTER CAN BE

RESOLVED.

I ALSO WANT TO DISCARD MY CREDITCARD HEREON FOREVER SO THAT I WILL BE NOT

LIABLE FOR ANY CHARGES FOR THE NEXT BILL. AND KINLY GUIDE ME TO RESOLVE THE

MATTER ASAP
